Graphic Designer // Digital Marketer // Social Media Coordinator
NTT DATA Services
I am currently employed at the global IT company NTT DATA Services as a Marketing, PR, Communications, and Social Media Intern. I help manage the company’s social media handles on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+.
My day-to-day job is to aggregate content for the week as well as create and publish workbooks for marketing campaigns. I have used tools such as EveryoneSocial and Sprinklr to properly engage and report my progress.
My job also sees me heavily research notorious IT topics such as automation, block chain, cyber security, analytics, and big data. This research gives me the opportunity to better understand my industry.
I also study company data. Using apps such Google Analytics, Domo, and TrendKite, I have been able to further my knowledge in analytics.

St. Louis University Athletics
In my Sophomore and Junior year of college, I worked for my school’s Media Team. I learned the day-to-day grind of working within a sports organization. My time with SLU saw me produce and film live streams that aired on ESPNU, ESPN+, and the Atlantic 10. In addition, I interviewed players and coaches (basketball, soccer, and volleyball) for articles and press releases. I also gathered and recorded player data.
I was also a photographer.
The opportunity was both surreal and fun. I worked with an experienced team that had great backgrounds and personalities. My time at SLU further solidified my dream to one day work in sports.
My greatest memory on the job was recording and photographing our school’s baseball team play in Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals. Attached are a few photos.
Tap In Guide
At the end of 2017, I was approached by the team at Tap In Guide to help manage daily content for the app. I biweekly wrote previews and reviews of 10 important soccer matches from across the world. Using soccer APIs, the app showed live scores of the games I wrote about.
Apart from the daily upkeep, I worked with a small team to improve the app. We improved navigation with a menu button and reorganized the dashboard to properly display content.
Most importantly, we created a series called “Badge of the Week.,” where we took a cool soccer logo from anywhere in the world and wrote a story about it. Most of the time we would collaborate with the team or a fan for quotes.
Another part of my job was to collaborate with other soccer related sites. During the 2018 World Cup, we partnered with Howler Magazine and By Association .
For two years, I worked as an Editorial Assistant for Howler Magazine, a magazine about soccer! I was able to write my own stories and learn under-the-wings of a few of America’s greatest soccer writers.
While there, I learned about the print industry. I also scribed interviews, created podcast scripts, researched facts, and wrote editorials.
